We are happy to introduce a recent European professional forum, the 14th International Nutrition and Diagnostics Conference (INDC) that was held this September in Prague, Czech Republic.
It is already the fourteenth annual international conference demonstrating the perspective of integration of human nutrition, analytical and laboratory diagnostic techniques and procedures. Since the initial meeting in Pardubice (Czech Republic) in 2001, INDC has established its reputation of an international multi-disciplinary event for discussing current trends in food science.
INDCs have been expanding and progressing during these fourteen years. This September, the conference hosted over 300 delegates from 44 countries. The professional contribution from 47 lectures and 168 poster presentations reflected recent research in food technology, food analysis, microbiology, immunology, analytical and clinical chemistry, and, certainly, medicine.
